MagFader is an online store dedicated to the sale of high-quality technological products, accessories, and components, with a particular focus on DJ and audio equipment. The website is owned and operated by MagFader, headquartered in Spain.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. MagFader is not responsible for pricing errors, and in the event of a mistake, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

At MagFader, we strive to ensure that all product prices and descriptions on our website are accurate and up to date. However, on rare occasions, a typographical or technical error may occur that affects the pricing or information of a product.

In the event that a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to:

Correct the erroneous price.

Cancel any orders affected by the error.

Notify the customer of the issue as soon as possible.

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued in the case of a cancellation.

We appreciate your understanding, as these types of errors, while uncommon, can occasionally happen.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders placed through our website are considered an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability.

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.

We use two shipping methods for international orders: the first is "CORREOS SPAIN Registered Letter" and "CORREOS SPAIN International Standard Parcel Service"

Please note:

MagFader is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage are transferred to the buyer.

This means that from the moment the item is in the possession of the carrier, MagFader is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or loss during transit.

We recommend that customers inspect their packages upon delivery and report any visible damage directly to the carrier as soon as possible.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you agree to cover any such fees that may apply.

6.1 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees once the shipment reaches your country. By placing an order, you agree to cover any such fees that may apply.

 

7. Warranty and Returns

All MagFader products are carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure quality and proper operation.

Important:

MagFader does not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Returns Policy

If you believe your item is damaged or not functioning correctly, you must contact us at info@magfader.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

To process a claim:

. The customer must return the product for inspection at their own expense.

. Upon receipt, MagFader will evaluate the reported issue.

. If the return is authorized, the customer must provide the shipping carrier name and the shipment tracking number immediately after dispatching the package.

. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, storage fees, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred by MagFader when receiving the returned product will be deducted from any refund amount that may be issued.

. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, MagFader may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

- Replacement of the product

- Refund of the purchase price, less any applicable customs, import,
handling, or related charges incurred by MagFader

- Store credit

. Returns sent without prior authorization or that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Warranty

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by MagFader. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or any use contrary to the product instructions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, and software, is the property of MagFader or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
