Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.

We use two shipping methods for international orders: the first is "CORREOS SPAIN Registered Letter" and "CORREOS SPAIN International Standard Parcel Service"

Please note:

MagFader is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage are transferred to the buyer.

This means that from the moment the item is in the possession of the carrier, MagFader is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or loss during transit.

We recommend that customers inspect their packages upon delivery and report any visible damage directly to the carrier as soon as possible.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you agree to cover any such fees that may apply.
